About Me

Born and brought up in Dorset, England.

A student composer, David’s work has already succeeded in regional competitions. This experience led him to directing, composing and conducting original music for his school’s production of Othello.

His music has been performed by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s new music ensemble, Kokoro. Also, his composition Victory, written for the end of World War 2 centenary, opened the programme for the Dorset Youth Orchestra summer concert at Bournemouth Pavilion.

He also sings bass, plays piano to Grade 8 Merit standard, violin and percussion in student and county ensembles.

He is currently preparing to study MA Music with Innovation at the University of Bristol.

In his compositions, David enjoys discovering and experimenting with new and different sound worlds, including the diverse styles of world music, pushing the limits of his creativity.

He is always keen to collaborate with others and has been recommended by previous colleagues for his professional communication, style and quality of work.
